MSPI and eating out

Cooking at home is ultimately the best option. But if you do need to get away or are on the road there are resources out there. most chains have an allergy listing online. Her are a few:

Red Rodin emailed me their current allergy menu (14 pages!) but it changes monthly. They said the restaurant can print you one when you come in to eat.
